Director of Inclusion

Description

SCAD seeks a Director of Inclusion to help build an inclusive learning, living, and working environment for the SCAD Atlanta community.

In this role, you’ll work closely with students, faculty, and staff to create and sustain an environment where all members of the university community feel welcomed, valued, and respected. The director will provide learning opportunities to SCAD students, faculty, and staff to ensure a more productive, professional, and kind workplace and a university culture where everyone is able to thrive.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years of experience, preferably in an academic setting, proven leadership ability, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate topics effectively
