Visual Effects (VFX) Instructor

The Digital Animation & Visual Effects (DAVE) School is located on the backlot of Universal Studios Florida®. Our facility consists of a 36,055 square foot space inside Sound Stage 25. The school space includes administration offices, studio labs, classrooms, 3D print lab, a sound stage with chroma key green cyclorama, motion capture stage and lecture theater. For over 18 years, The DAVE School has trained entertainment industry 3D artists by connecting students with award-winning industry professionals who bring real-world experience to the classroom.

Our Institution is looking for an Instructor in the following area:

Visual Effects VFX

Minimum requirements:

· Minimum of 3 years industry experience

· Bachelor's Degree

· Must be very well versed compositing in Nuke (keying, tracking, matchmoving, roto, CC, DMP, etc.), modeling in Maya, texturing in Substance Painter & rendering in Red Shift.

· Teaching experience a plus

· VR, Unreal Engine and/or Virtual Production experience also a plus

All positions require exceptional computer skills using Microsoft Office applications, Adobe and familiar with information systems; available to deliver the course using diverse resources; strong verbal and written communication skills.
