Description
Elara, located in Gold River, California, is looking for an
in-house talented and experienced 3D Animator who wants to make a large splash
in the medical and industrial space, whether it’s in XR, animations or
interactive content.
These deliverables largely vary and can range from
explaining complicated surgical procedures; scientific breakdowns for exciting
mechanisms of action; sizzle pieces for product launches; apps for educating;
or web portals for content management.
Our ideal animation artist has at least 5 years of
experience in production to post-production animation pipelines. This includes
3D modeling, rendering, bringing in finished footage to compositing software
with multiple passes, creating motion graphics, and wrapping up with any
grading/coloring.
We are wanting to hire someone who is seeking a long-term career
and is excited about being part of something that is, while at times difficult,
overall, wonderfully satisfying.
The job can be mentally demanding, as the subject matters we
go into can be vastly deep and complex, so we need a stoic individual that can
rapidly learn while staying organized and on schedule.
At Elara, our core DNA is that the final product looks
amazing, so we invest in our team members and nurture their talent. Beyond just
providing access to educational portals, we also send them to conventions where
they can brush up on industry techniques and connect with others. In addition
to that, we also provide cutting-edge equipment and software, allowing them to
focus on the goal, rather than the means of accomplishing it.
Of course, we also have a
competitive edge in health benefits, offering employees the ability to choose
from a range of fantastic providers; access to 401k; scalable vacation and
skill-based wages, competitive to the industry standards.
