Senior Cloud Security Engineer

Intrepid Studios is looking for an exceptional Senior Cloud Security Engineer. They must work well with others, enjoy and seek out collaboration, and to receive, act on, and supply constructively critical feedback. Responsibilities:

• Recommend and implement secure solutions for secrets storage, databases, code deployment, traffic and networking, etc
• Manage and secure our multi AWS and GCP account architectures including VPN/VPCs, security groups (firewalls), certificates, etc.
• Lock down Kubernetes clusters; work on container scanning, network and pod security policies, mTLS service mesh, and other efforts
• Build solutions that allow engineers to have the access they need to do their jobs, with safe-by-default guardrails
• Build automation and monitoring to enforce security policies and detect threats
• Develop proof-of-concept exploits and validate attack flows and mitigations/solutions
• Develop frameworks to enable full-system security evaluations
• Work closely with development teams during design, implementation and review of new security features

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a Senior Cloud Security Engineer
• 3+ years experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• Expertise in AWS security required

Additional Considerations (Pluses):

• Experience with GCP
• Experience with network traffic obscuring
