Customer Insights Manager

Who are we hiring?
The Insights & Profiles Manager will bring deep customer understanding and the voice of the customer into our business. They will work to define the personas and profiles that make up the ~35M to ~45M people that visit Las Vegas each year. They will help us understand where Las Vegas visitors travel from, what their typical visit includes, and how people spend their money in Vegas. They will help us understand how the customer segments shift based on the calendar of events in Vegas. A good insights and profiles manager will help us understand the mindset of the EDM festival attendee versus the mindset of an technology executive who is visiting for CES. Done well, we will tailor our marketing, communication, and product offerings to meet the needs of our prime prospects.

What will you do?

• Be the internal voice of our customers, helping leadership understand consumer profiles
• Uncover insights, behaviors, and needs that make us better able to serve our target customers
• Define and develop customer segments
• Be an internal champion for our customers and work tirelessly to ensure our product solutions and commercial offerings are relevant to our customers


What do you need to succeed?

• 5-25 years of customer understanding leadership experience
• Well versed in customer segmentation, prime prospect definition, and know how to identify customer insights, wants, and needs
• Background in psychology or academic research preferred Deep interest in human behavior
• Able to both deliver quantitative analysis and unlock qualitative insight through a variety of research and analytical methods
• Previous experience at customer centric companies a plus
