Who are we hiring?
The Senior Manager Business Strategy will work to better connect our business goals and aspirations to a strategy and executional plan that maximizes our probability for success. They will help us define the overall business model that ensures we generate over $1B per year of revenue with our first Sphere and generate the IRR needed to make the investment a success. They will also work to define our operating relationship and business model when outside investors provide the capital for other Spheres to be built. This leader will help us think through licensing and management fees and how we create recurring revenue streams for the Global Sphere brand.

What will you do?

• Connect business goals to strategy and executional plan
• Ensure we crisply define our content investment strategy (how much money to invest and in which content areas), our advertising strategy (exosphere, in venue etc.), and our operational strategy
• Help define business model
• Define operating relationship with outside investors for future Sphere builds

What do you need to succeed?

• 3 to 7 years of experience after business school
• Experience in strategy consulting
• Passion for and operating experience in media, entertainment, or service-based businesses
• Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and documentation skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently; excellent time management skills are required
• Demonstrated verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Skillful prioritization of work and ability to manage multiple assignments while maintaining deliverable quality
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expert level skills in data and trend analysis working, using tools such as Excel or statistical modeling
• Expert level skills in report creation, using tools such as Excel, Access, SQL & Tableau. 
• Expert level skills in presentation tools, such as PowerPoint.
• Ability to take data points, interpret meaning and make recommendations for improvement
