Product Marketing Manager

Product Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Senior Vice President-Global Marketing, you will oversee product development and product marketing to increase our market share.

Responsibilities:
• Manage production staff and leads to ensure that project needs are effectively communicated and addressed
• Oversee the management of multiple complex projects concurrently, including review and feedback of project scope, requirements and analysis
• Manage product roadmaps, product lifecycle, pricing and launch process to ensure increased leadership and market share position
• Allocate and track resources for project needs; communicate status to senior management
• Oversee the Product Marketing Team in the collection, generation and exploitation of ideas for comprehensive product delivery
• Provide hands-on mentoring to staff
• Develop and implement product marketing plans, ensuring achievement of company and brand objectives
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and product comparison
• Work collaboratively across Marketing and Sales teams to secure buy-in and drive issues to resolution that impact product management, development, sales, support, pricing, etc.
• Develop and implement activities such as advertising, promotions and product launches
• Review, comment and approve milestone submissions
• Manage budget against individual product P/L's
