We're hard at work on the CG feature film “Tangled,” directed by Byron Howard and Nathan Greno, and the traditional animation of “Winnie the Pooh,” directed by Don Hall and Steve Anderson.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Training Project Manager to join the team at our Burbank, CA studio.

The Training Project Manager is responsible for working with Production, Technology, and Artist Trainers to develop curriculum and deliver tools training that meet animation production needs. This position is responsible for the content information architecture and management of a web-based delivery system. The Project Manager must be able to learn and understand studio workflows and processes utilizing both commercial and proprietary tools. As a member of the training team, this position will also support all department initiatives.

Responsibilities:

* Develop, create, and maintain training and tutorial materials, including audio/visual content, wiki pages, and training blogs
* Work with training team, production staff, and various subject matter experts to provide tools, curriculum, and materials to support best practices
* Create cross training materials, exercises, and handouts to complement programs
* Responsible for all logistics of the video recording and ensuring that Artist Trainers are prepared prior to recording
* Understand WDAS proprietary software tools and pipeline
* Develop and maintain current knowledge of industry tools and techniques for animation production
* Train students in a classroom environment on various software as applicable
* Manage facilities, equipment, and supporting materials for training programs
