Position Summary:

As a Producer at EA MOBILE Montreal, you will have the opportunity to work on world class games with some of the top talent in the industry in one of the strongest and most creative mobile games studios in the world. Reporting to the Senior Producer on the frontline development team, you will be responsible for managing the creative vision of games from concept / design to global product launch. The ideal candidate will be disciplined in many areas, including presentation and pitching, team building and creative management. You must have a keen eye for quality and be able to deliver a fun and engaging experience across many different devices and platforms. Creativity, leadership ability and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the creative vision of a draft concept phase until the final submission to mobile operators.
- Manage several external production teams to deliver cutting-edge games to the market.
- Lead and motivate the game’s creative team, ensuring a high level of quality and fun even during high stress period.
- Submit to the executive your projects at the end of each major phase.
- Present your projects during key milestones to stakeholders and other invested parties.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with inside and outside developers.
- Be aware of interactive gaming trends and advances in the quality of relevant technologies.
- Work closely with licensors to ensure brand vision is maintained.
- Manage and maintain good relations with clients, product approvals and sales / marketing strategies.
