SENIOR PRODUCER (Shooter or Sports)
2K China, Shanghai


Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of game production, including art, programming, design, scripting, audio, production testing, internal approvals, localization and archiving.
• Manage the scope and the orientation of the game under the leadership of the executive management.
• Identify risks and put in place risk management strategies for internal and external development.
• Work with leads and stakeholders on an internal team to build quality-focused and cost-aware project plans.
• Establish and monitor production and development processes.
• Schedule regular meetings with the team to discuss project status, resolve issues and share information.
• Report to executive management about the project status and propose solutions to correct/improve project planning, quality and cost.
• Ensure timely delivery of necessary assets for localization, manage the implementation of localized assets, and submit localized work to foreign partners.
• May be required to travel.
