MMO Virtual Online World Designer Producer

HumaNature Studios in Albany, CA is looking for an experienced Designer/Producer on an ultra cool kid’s MMO title for a major Animation Studio. We can’t say yet who the studio is, but it’s a studio that makes movies with tremendous heart and care (wink wink). Do you have experience designing or producing kid’s MMOs? Do you have a firm grasp of the technical issues, and design issues in this space? Do you love making products for kids? Are you super crazy fun? Do you love movies with heart? If you are shouting, “Yes! Yes!” then you should apply immediately.

This is a full-time position at our new offices in Albany, CA off of Solano Avenue. This person will be an internal producer for the group and also do design work. This job requires someone who is VERY familiar with the many details of MMO development, and well versed in the tradeoffs. Approaches to monetization, expressive communication systems, child safety, avatar customization, multi-player games, inventory systems, in-game currencies, reward systems, first-user-experiences, houses, pets, user-created content, and mini-games, etc…these should all be very familiar concepts. You should also have a deep interest in making products that are good for kids, and be energetic, positive, hard-working, well-organized and generally a fun person.
