Community Online Manager

Description

The Community Manager will lead the PR and Online Community efforts for a for ground breaking video game. This person will work with project leads, studio partners and our publisher to strategize, develop and implement the Community Plan and PR campaigns to launch this exciting video game franchise.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Design the online community plan.
• Builds and develops a robust online community for key franchise.
• Partner with marketing to create the pre and post launch strategy for community development.
• Ensures consistent presence and user-friendly environment on community message boards.
• Helps to create look and feel of community website as well as content while serving as a liaison between the community and company.
• Works with cross-functional teams to continually evolve the community site with new features and promotions.
• Solicits, tracks and reports community member feedback to internal departments.
• Manages post launch support efforts. (tournaments, events, product updates)
• Manages public tests and gathers community feedback to improve final product quality.
• Creates community assets such as podcasts, developer interviews, product updates, game tips and tricks.
• Develops and manages community contact points and relationships.
