What? What are we looking for? Someone who loves to work with Tools! Insomniac Games is looking for a Tools programmer to help design and implement innovative solutions to the myriad challenges that arise during creation of modern AAA game titles. This is a rich problem space and we're looking for someone who's interested in tackling a wide variety of programming challenges.

So what does that mean? Responsibilities for this builder would include the following:
• Work with our users to ensure tools are functioning properly
• Work with users to develop solutions to production challenges
• Continuously improve the user experience and performance of our tools
• Other duties may be assigned as needed
