Sr. Game Designer

SR. GAME DESIGNER

• Conceptualize and plan 3D environments (organic and architectural) with a strong emphasis on gameplay mechanics for first and third person action games in collaboration with the Lead Level Designer and Lead Environment Artist
• Produce articulate documentation detailing innovative game design content and features which is stylistically appropriate for each project; including story lines, detailed mission walkthroughs (with floor plans), character behaviors, environmental behaviors, and other systems as necessary.
• Mentor Associate/Standard members of staff with guidance on particular techniques, tools, processes and/or best practices as required
