Sr Game Designer

Description

As the Senior Designer you will oversee the detailed game design and ensure that the game design is planned, documented and tracked effectively; and instigate and manage design processes which ensure that game design development is both efficient and creative. You will need to exhibit passion and enthusiasm enough to inspire your team and to carry through the creative vision of the game for the Creative Director.

Responsibilities:
• To ensure that design tasks produce work that supports the design foundations
• To direct and aid the game designers with their design work, and to ensure that the game design documentation is maintained.
• To design elements of the game as required.
• Inter- and intra-departmental liaison to include meetings, play throughs etc.
