Seeking experienced Producer to lead the creation of outrageously great online casino games, on time and on budget. Become a team member at IGT and work alongside some of the most talented and experienced people in the gaming industry. The games we develop come from a variety of sources:

-Adaptations of world-class consumer brands for casino gaming

-Ports of proven land-based slot games

-Implementations of innovative card and roulette games

-Original in-house game designs

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Own, lead and execute multiple slot and table games from kick-off to release

-Coordinate work efforts of team members from multiple disciplines (art, audio, technical, and quality assurance)

-Collaboratively define the creative vision, fun factors, and unique features of new games

-Drive game team to create excellent products on time and to specification

-Create and maintain product documentation including functional specifications, wire frame layouts, and flow charts

-Manage expectations of senior staff on product features and schedules

-Arbitrate trade-offs between the look/feel, game play, technological limitations, and schedule

-Communicate, coordinate, and remove obstacles between game team and other IGT departments

-Manage regular product reviews and prioritize feedback from the Art Director, Gaming Designer, Executive Producer, and Development Team

-Deliver products that satisfy corporate, licensor, and market requirements

-Lead, evolve, and improve the overall production process to increase levels of efficiency, quality of work, and profitability

-Build and maintain a product development atmosphere that is collaborative, innovative and fun
