Description

Responsibilities:

You will work in International Production, specifically in the “Games for Everyone” division, a rapidly expanding division. You will work closely with the production and marketing teams providing them with support during the entire development phase of new game collections. This position will be based at the main office in Montreuil or at the company’s studios abroad.

You will be in charge of ensuring the quality of a collection and in that capacity you will have responsibilities in several areas:

With regards to Production, you will:
• Assist and support the production teams in preparing and presenting to Management the various development stages of game projects.
• Act as the “spokesperson” to various parties on behalf of the games you manage
(in-house staff, first parties, at trade fairs, etc.).
• Guarantee the consistency of editorial policies for each collection and ensure that the various teams are in compliance therewith.
• Contribute to improving the quality of our games and the productivity of our teams by making recommendations regarding production methods, staffing, the composition of teams, changes in the pipeline and development budgets.

On the creative side, you will:
• Propose game concepts and make recommendations regarding their content, with the goal of creating brands and, ultimately, entire collections.
• Provide distance supervision of the core team on creative issues during design and production.
• Develop editorial guidelines in order to guarantee the coherence and quality of the games in the collection.

In developing the collection, you will:
• Provide the marketing department with the information required to build the identity of the collection’s brands and to promote them.
• Together with the marketing department, make recommendations concerning content, the purchase of licenses or business opportunities that enable the company to remain competitive.
