Job Summary
Lead a team of programmers in the design and development of new software products. Develop software programs that are part of a larger system. Be a team member and mentor for other software developers. Use UML and OO techniques to develop software specifications and requirements. Lead architecture and design efforts in a Service Oriented Architecture

Job Functions
• Work closely with the development team to refine and implement new product ideas.
• Participate in the analysis and development of system design requirements.
• Develop software according to schedules, milestones, and deadlines, and provide regular status updates to progress and schedule.
• Develop program designs and implement product solutions per specifications utilizing standard object oriented techniques.
• Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and make decisions to achieve team goals.
• Contribute to improvement of software development process including requirement, design, and code reviews with team members.
• Analyze and identify software design defects and create path to upgrade and improve system design.
