Senior Artist

Description

The Senior Artist is responsible for setting the visual direction for all social game properties, managing a staff of internal and external artists and overseeing the art production schedule.

This is a hands-on position. The Senior Artist will be splitting time between production and management tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the creative vision, implement the look of all interfaces, and maintain visual consistency across all social games
• Create concepts, mock ups, and final, polished assets
• Establish and manage iWin's social game visual creative process
• Establish, communicate and manage department objectives to meet project schedules
• Resolve complex design challenges
• Source and manage external contract resources to supplement internal art resources
• Set up and oversee production pipelines (both large and small)
• Work independently on major design initiatives
• Contribute to a collaborative environment with all disciplines, including design and engineering
