Software Developer (Animation)

Autodesk Games is a group of over 70 individuals dedicated to creating software tools and services sold to Game Developers World Wide. The group's responsibilities range from developing Industry and Product Strategy for the games market, Research and Development of new runtime technologies, and the marketing and business development for these new products. Today middleware products like Autodesk Kynapse and Autodesk HIK developed by Autodesk Games have been used in over 100 of the top game titles created world wide.

As an Animation Developer in the Autodesk Games group, you will participate in the creation of new algorithms and tools to address diverse challenges in the area of 3D character animation for the video game industry.

Principal tasks and responsibilities:
• Implement and test a variety of animation tools and algorithms.
• Propose innovative solutions for character animation.
• Add new features to animation libraries based on the services offered by Autodesk Maya, Softimage, 3ds Max and MotionBuilder.
• Test and optimize the performance of our libraries.
