Senior Producer

Description

Robomodo is an independent game company based in Chicago, IL. We are currently looking for passionate, talented individuals to join our team to work on our next project with Activision Blizzard.
The Senior Producer will be responsible for defining and maintaining the processes used by the production team to ensure that milestone deliverables are produced in a timely manner and meet or exceed the publishers expectations. This includes, but is not limited to, communicating milestone requirements to the development team, and providing the team and the publisher with accurate progress reporting throughout the life of the project. Additionally, they will possess the ability to tailor the communication of project status and goals to varying levels of stakeholders is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•Develop, deploy, and manage a clear, concise, and flexible project plan that integrates the schedules of the various development team departments.
•Provide timely analysis of project status to enable the team to respond to project risks early enough to adapt design and/or reduce project scope without significantly reducing the quality of the product.
•Define and communicate the metrics that will be used to evaluate the successful completion of milestones.
•Oversee the successful delivery of all milestone builds and supplemental assets.
•Oversee the communication between the production and QA staff.
