Create Chaos is for companies and professionals working in the Advertising, Graphic Communication, Film and Video, Motion Graphics, Animation, Photography, Printing, Publishing, and Interactive Media Industries! The conference will provide a hands-on showcase of the latest communication technologies and techniques that shape our world within the creative industries.

Attendees/Jobseekers will include professionals such as: Animators, Art Directors, Broadcast &
Film Producers, Copywriters, Creative & Film Directors, Graphic Designers, Illustrators,
Photographers & Marketing Managers.

CreativeHeads.net, the largest Job Board Network for the creative industries,is producing the Create Chaos Job Fair! Employers and creative professionals will be able to connect before the conference via the CreativeHeads.net job posting and candidate profiling platforms, during the show via the actual job fair, and after the conference utilizing the same CreativeHeads.net posting and profiling technology.

Employers can choose from two packages:

JOB FAIR BOOTH PACKAGE
For companies that want to reserve a booth in the Create Chaos 2008 Job Fair and have direct access to thousands of active and passive jobseekers in attendance.

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE
For companies that do not need a Job Fair booth but still want to post jobs, search through an organized database of Create Chaos 2008 Jobseeker attendees, and recruit candidates before, during, and after the conference. This package includes all of the same marketing components of the job fair package excluding the booth area, and use of the interview rooms.

Interview Rooms
Equipped with 1 table, 4 chairs, TV/DVD unit, electrical outlet, high-speed internet access, 25-foot patch cable. These rooms will be located on the Job Fair floor. All Job Fair companies will have access to the interview rooms and will need to schedule time for their use with CreativeHeads.net each day of the job fair.

6-Pack (30-Day Job Posting Credits)
Companies can use these 6 posting credits 30-days prior to the start of
Create Chaos 2008 (14 September 2008). These postings will appear across the entire CreativeHeads.net Job Board Network, which consists of 28-sites reaching more than 17-million creative professionals monthly from North America, Asia, India, Australia and Europe!

Access to Create Chaos 2008 Jobseekers
All companies that purchase a Create Chaos 2008 Job Fair Package will have access to a pool of "right brain" Jobseekers who have completed CreativeHeads.net profiles, and indicated they are attending Create Chaos 2008. Access will be available from 14 September to 30 November 2008.

This prime location and highly trafficked area will feature all Create Chaos 2008 companies posting jobs on the CreativeHeads.net job board network for the duration of the listings along with text identifying them as a Create Chaos 2008 Job Fair Exhibitor!

Inclusion in Dedicated Create Chaos 2008 HEADSUP! Jobs eNewsletters
Participating companies will have their jobs spotlighted in the HEADSUP! along with their company logos and booth locations. The HEADSUP! is a weekly eNewsletter that is sent to 500,000+ experienced artists, animators, programmers, designers, technical directors, producers, and writers from the related creative content industries.

Placement on the “Look Who’s Hiring At Create Chaos 2008” Page
A prominent "Look Who's Hiring at Create Chaos 2008" banner ad will appear on CreativeHeads.net, as well as ALL of the sites in our Job Board Network. This banner ad will link to a landing page advertising all companies’ participation and booth location at Create Chaos 2008, their logo, as well as links to their job postings on CreativeHeads.net.

Special Create Chaos 2008 Search Interface
The interface will be integrated on the CreativeHeads.net job board, as well as all 28 of the sites in their global network, so Jobseekers can easily find companies that are posting jobs and recruiting at Create Chaos 2008, and apply for their jobs. A blue Create Chaos 2008 logo will also identify companies that are recruiting at the conference.

In September, CreativeHeads.net will send employers who purchased a Create Chaos 2008 Job Fair Booth and/or Recruitment Package a unique username and password to access their secure CreativeHeads.net Job Center, where they will be able to upload the jobs they ordered. After the jobs are uploaded, a searchable pool of Create Chaos 2008 job candidates will be available from 14 September to 30 November 2008.
