A. Yes. The administrator of the company’s CreativeHeads.net account can select which employees receive access (up to three individual users per studio) as well as restrict the level of access these users have per job. Up to seven permission levels are allowed (i.e. Manage Job, Activate/Deactivate Job, Change Jobseeker Status, Make Notes, Save/Invite Jobseekers, Edit Job, Pass/Clear Jobseekers). The administrator also has the ability to monitor all usage of the CreativeHeads.net software within their company and audit such usage if necessary.
Q. Will Companies be able to identify and contact “passive” candidates?

A. Absolutely! Companies will be able to search for “Visible”, as well as “Anonymous” (jobseekers contact information - e.g. name, address, phone, e-mail - will not be viewable, but their professional experience can be seen) candidates in the CreativeHeads.net talent pool.

If the “Anonymous” Jobseeker accepts an invitation from a company, that Jobseeker’s profile and full contact information will become “Visible” to only that company. The best way Jobseekers can indicate to companies that they are looking for a position is to make their profile “Visible” and prominently indicate when they are available for their next project/job.

A. Yes! CreativeHeads.net has a powerful Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) application that allows companies to easily aggregate, accelerate & organize the recruitment process. It is a web based application that can power a company's corporate website job postings and be set up extremely quickly!

Q. Does a Company have the ability to customize access to and usage of the CreativeHeads.net tracking software by department and/or individuals?
A. Yes. The administrator of the company’s CreativeHeads.net account can select which employees receive access as well as restrict the level of access these users have on a per job basis. Up to seven permission levels can be restricted (i.e.
Q. How does the CreativeHeads.net tracking software flag duplicate jobseeker submissions?
A. Every Jobseeker submission made through the CreativeHeads.net ATS application is automatically cross referenced through the entire CreativeHeads.net talent pool and matched against one or more of the following candidate items - first initial of first name, last name, email and phone number. Also, all candidate submissions are electronically date stamped down to the second, and duplicate submissions are flagged immediately with a prominent icon.
Q. If my company is utilizing the CreativeHeads.net ATS application, will jobseekers that apply to my company's jobs be automatically added to the CreativeHeads.net talent pool? Will other companies be able to access and see MY jobseeker candidates?
A. NO!! If a Jobseeker is not already a member of CreativeHeads.net, and they apply to your company's job posting - either through your company's CreativeHeads.net powered corporate website, or the CreativeHeads.net Job Board, or through an affiliate site - YOUR company is the only company that will be able to see that jobseeker. NO Jobseekers are "automatically" added to the talent pool. Jobseekers must specifically and actively "elect" to make themselves available (visible or anonymous) in order for other companies to see their profile - much like posting a resume on monster.com or another site - otherwise, jobseekers remain "invisible" no other company will see their profile except yours.
Q. Can recruiters post jobs, purchase a subscription, or access the CreativeHeads.net talent pool?
A. NO! Recruiters and staffing agencies are not permitted to post jobs, purchase a subscription, or access the CreativeHeads.net talent pool. JobSeekers

Q. How does a Jobseeker become a member of CreativeHeads.net?

A. Jobseekers can join in two ways.

1) Search and apply for a job on the CreativeHeads.net job board or any of our affiliate site job boards - AnimationMagazine.net, fpsmagazine.com, Siggraph.org, CreativeTalentNetwork.com, and TheScratchPost.com OR 2) Visit the Jobseeker tab on CreativeHeads.net, click the "Begin" button and set up their FREE online profile account in minutes.

Once the application/profile is completed, the Jobseeker becomes a member of CreativeHeads.net. The Jobseeker can then login to their confidential, secure, personalized profile 24/7, to apply for any position on the CreativeHeads.net job board with the simple click of a button. Jobseekers will also be able to track all of their CreativeHeads.net job submissions in their own Job Center.

Q. Are Jobseeker profiles confidential and secure?
A. You ARE NOT added to a searchable database. Once you create a profile, CreativeHeads.net goes to great lengths to make sure Jobseeker information is kept confidential and secure. The Jobseeker determines their level of confidentiality and can select one of three status levels - Invisible, Anonymous or Visible. However, it is up to YOU to determine your level of confidentiality! CreativeHeads.net uses extremely advanced online security measures, ones that are similar to those used by online banking services. CreativeHeads.net makes the confidentiality and security of the Jobseeker and Employer information a top priority.
Q. Does it cost Jobseekers anything to join CreativeHeads.net and maintain a profile?
A. No. CreativeHeads.net is absolutely FREE to Jobseekers! There are no hidden costs or charges to apply for jobs on our site and maintain a profile.
Q. How does a Jobseeker access their CreativeHeads.net profile?
A. All CreativeHeads.net Jobseekers have their own FREE, confidential, secure, personalized account that can be accessed from the internet using the Jobseekers chosen username and password. This username and password can be changed by the Jobseeker anytime.
Q. How do I update my CreativeHeads.net profile?
A. Jobseekers login to their CreativeHeads.net account and can then make any changes to their profile. We encourage Jobseekers to update their profile on a regular basis so their professional experience is current and complete. This will increase the likelihood that jobseekers, if they elect to make their profile visible or anonymous, will be found in the CreativeHeads.net talent pool for jobs that match their specific professional experience.
Q. Once a Jobseeker has a profile on CreativeHeads.net , will they need to fill out the same electronic CreativeHeads.net application each time they apply for a job on the site?
A. No. Once a Jobseeker has created a profile on CreativeHeads.net, they can apply to any other jobs posted on CreativeHeads.net by clicking the "apply" button and electronically sending their profile to companies for a specific job.
Q. Does creating a profile on CreativeHeads.net automatically add me to a database where everyone can see my information? Can a Jobseeker with a CreativeHeads.net profile protect the confidentiality of their profile information and searches and prevent their current employer, parent company or any other specific companies from seeing their profile?

A. Jobseekers ARE NOT automatically added to a searchable database. Once you create a profile, you are "Invisible" to all companies until you elect otherwise. CreativeHeads.net goes to great lengths to make sure Jobseeker information is kept confidential and secure. YOU DO have the ability to maintain complete confidential regarding job searches and can determine which companies view your profile. This is done in a number of ways.

1) CreativeHeads.net allows Jobseekers to automatically block their current employer from viewing their CreativeHeads.net profile.

2) Jobseekers also have the ability to block any other CreativeHeads.net Employer from viewing their profile by using the “Headsblock” feature in their account. Once an Employer is “Headsblocked”, they will not be able to view the Jobseeker’s profile. However, Jobseekers will still have the ability to apply to positions at any of their “Headsblock” companies if they chose to. Once their profile is submitted, the “Headsblock” company will then be able to view the Jobseeker’s full profile, including the contact information.

3) Jobseekers have three profile options they can choose - VISIBLE, ANONYMOUS, or INVISIBLE.

  • Visible - This status will generate the most job traffic.
Companies - except those a Jobseeker has chosen to "HeadsBlock” - will be able to see their full profile including the name and contact information. Companies will be able to contact that Jobseeker via e-mail, by phone or through the CreativeHeads.net site.
  • Anonymous - This status will generate the next highest level of job traffic.
“Anonymous” allows a Jobseeker to safely receive opportunities from companies without revealing their identity or fully committing to a search. Jobseeker profile contact information (e.g. name, current employer, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, word document resume, cover letter, etc.) CANNOT be seen by a company unless the Jobseeker chooses to “apply” to a job posting, OR “accept” an “invitation” from a company to “apply” to a specific job at their studio.
Companies - except those a Jobseeker has chosen to “HeadsBlock” - will soon be able to search the CreativeHeads.net Talent Network utilizing the Project/Work Experience detailed in a Jobseeker's CreativeHeads.net profile. The more Project/Work Experienced profiled, the more likely a Jobseeker will get invited to that "one in a million job" they never knew existed - all while remaining completely "Anonymous". Companies can now determine - without knowing a Jobseeker's identity - whether he or she has the "right" experience, and then send them a job invitation through the site.
Once the job description is received, the Jobseeker can either click the "accept" invitation button or "reject" invitation button. "Accepting" the invitation will reveal the Jobseeker's identity to THAT COMPANY ONLY, otherwise maintaining their "Anonymous" profile status. "Rejecting" the invitation will maintain the Jobseeker's "Anonymous" status with that company while automatically sending them a polite email stating "Thanks for the invitation, but not interested at this time".
  • Invisible - This status will generate no job traffic.
CreativeHeads.net member companies will not be able to view or find a Jobseeker in ANY search results. HOWEVER, a Jobseeker will still be able to search and apply to jobs on the site, and like the “Anonymous” status, only companies a Jobseeker has applied to will be able to view his profile.
Q. How does a CreativeHeads.net Jobseeker indicate if he/she is looking for a job?
A. The best way Jobseekers can indicate to Employers that they are looking for a position is to make their profile “Visible”. Employers will still be able to search for candidates that opt to be “Anonymous” (only the professional experience will be viewable, not any personal contact information) and invite them to apply for their positions. Jobseekers can also prominently indicate on their profile when they are available for their next project/job.
