Reception/Operations Assistant
Description
Stereo D is looking for an Operational Assistant to support our studio. On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:
- Answering phones
- Data entry
- Office administrative work
- Placing and tracking supply and related orders
- Assisting with maintaining the operations and production supplies
- Running errands as needed
The successful candidate will have:
- Proficient MS Outlook, Word and Excel working abilities
- Internet research skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Great relationship building abilities and will be able to work with all levels of management and staff, along with outside clients and vendors
- Initiative to take on new projects with minimal direction
- Ability to maintain a level of accuracy with an attention to detail, while working on multiple tasks and working in a team or group environment
Requirements
Preferred education and experience:
- High School or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an administrative assistant in a business environment reporting to senior level management
- Entertainment/Production related experience
