On the engineering side, we:
*Have the smallest engineer to user ratio in the social gaming industry (~20 engineers now)
*Own the flash engine that competitors license (this includes Zynga, Playdom, etc.)
*Are the only social gaming company that leverages python extensively, with about 180 boxes serving 12K - 20K requests a second now and expecting to grow to 250 boxes within the next few months
*Believe in small teams, smart engineers, a fun and collaborative work environment, efficient code, quick iterations, flex time, reasonable working hours and 20% time for personal projects

We are looking for Sr Game Engineers to:
*Work with the Game Designers, Producers and 3-5 Engineers to break down high level goals into tasks and timelines
*Contribute to and implement large chunks of game play
*Execute in a fast pace environment and release games in a matter of months vs years
*Have fun. Play ping pong, foosball, Star Craft, RockBand, Board Games, you name it
*Eat healthy. Gourmet Chef onsite or sample the fine dining options in the heart of SF, what do you prefer?
*Stay healthy. Pilates classes onsite to work off the food / beer
