Previous hit games include Oregon Trail, Hero of Sparta, Zombie Infection, Modern Combat 3, Let’s Golf! 3, Order & Chaos, Dungeon Hunter, N.O.V.A., Green Farm, 9mm, Spiderman Toxic city, NFL 2010, Derek Jeter Pro Baseball 2009, Real Soccer 2009, New York Nights, Assassin’s Creed, LOST, Brain Challenge, Asphalt: Street Rules, and Brothers In Arms: Earned in Blood 3D.

Requirements

Main Tasks and Responsibilities • Work closely with Art and Programming Teams to create superior visuals across a variety of environments, characters and cinematic sequences • Translate conceptual illustrations into real-time lighting visuals • Work with Art and Programming teams to anticipate and resolve technical challenges within constraints and requirements • Be proactive in communication with the Producer, Art Director, Cinematic Director and other relevant departments • Participate in portfolio reviews, recruitment interviews, and assist in finding and retaining talent

Desired Skills / Extras

Candidate Requirements • 2+ years of Game or Film experience • A Bachelors degree or diploma with an emphasis on Art • Knowledge of both real-time and pre-rendered lighting principals • Strong understanding of how light, shadow and color create tone and mood • Understanding of VFX, cinematic or feature film animation production pipelines and workflows • Background in real world photography, cinematography and lighting a plus • Relevant 2D and 3D software experience – 3DS MAX, Maya, Photoshop, Proprietary Lighting Tools • Strong teamwork skills • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely • Organized and independent • Ability to accurately estimate the time to complete tasks and manage priorities to meet deadlines • Video game enthusiast • Knowledgeable in contemporary media (web, games, comics, film, animation, etc.) *Important* Please ensure your CreativeHeads.net profile includes a resume, motivation letter and portfolio.
