UI Art Lead - 2K Sports Job Responsibilities • This candidate will manage a team of talented UI artists and set a high bar for UI art direction. A few responsibilities include: task management, interfacing with producers and engineers, mentoring talent, providing innovative, envelope pushing art direction, etc

Requirements

Required Skills • A BA in art or related field or equivalent experience • Proficient in 3D software – Maya preferred • Experience managing a team of 5 or more artists • Strong understanding of 2D, layout, illustration and graphic design • Experience designing interfaces – games, web, mobile apps, etc • Organized, detail-minded, and handle multiple projects under pressure • Must easily communicate ideas both verbally and artistically to non-creative staff members • Able to respond elegantly to difficult creative changes, often late in the process • Quickly trouble shoot technical and creative problems • Motivated to continuously improve on processes and designs
