Visual Concepts Seeks a Front End Interface Producer for Sports Videogames

Novato, California – July 2, 2012 – Widely regarded as one of the world’s top video game studios, Visual Concepts, a subsidiary of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (TTWO) seeks a Front End Interface Producer to manage an existing team dedicated to the design and development of the look, feel and functionality of the user interface experience for all of its sports franchise. Reporting to the VP of Sports Development, the successful candidate will bring prior experience in game development and team management and will be responsible for overseeing, guiding and managing a group consisting of engineers, artists, associate producers and designers, and will play a key role in all of Visual Concepts’ sports products including the highly successful and critically-acclaimed NBA 2K franchise and beyond.

Responsibilities

· Report to the VP of Sports Development

· Manage and oversee the creative design process for all interfaces

· Determine development objectives, tasks lists and schedules

· Assign tasks to team members and oversee their successful completion

· Oversee the day to day development of the project schedule and tasks

· Adjust plans as designs evolve and opportunities present

· Ensure the team is working effectively and remove any obstacles to their success

Requirements

Requirements

· Experience shipping at least 3 games, with at least one on a console platform

· Ability to manage team to deliver a feature set on schedule, driving team to success

· Capable of determining quality of features and overall game experience

· Versed in QA / defect fix process alpha through final

· Able to express complex ideas verbally and written

· Should thrive in a dynamic environment, change should not be something you fear

· Interface design aptitude, experience on consoles and mobile, Agile or Scrum, and a BSCS or equivalent degree are all bonuses
