Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for deliverables of assigned projects.

· Provide technical insight to Producer as needed, such as suggesting more efficient

methods of handling a certain task.

· Collaborate with Team Lead and Creative Director/Agency Creatives to create a visual style that will resonate with the target audience.

· Support Team Lead during creative reviews.

· Voice concerns on quality of footage provided to retouch.

· Voice problems or concerns to Producer if missing reference materials.

· Build and maintain relationship with clients.

· Maintain open and clear communication with Producer and Creative Director.

· Collaborate with Producer and PA to track project status for management.

Education / Experience Required:

· Bachelors of Fine Arts.

· Minimum 3-5 years experience in traditional and CGI Retouching.

Skills Necessary:

Advanced knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Automotive retouching background with knowledge of working with CGI renders.
Ability to organize and understand highly complex .psd’s based off asset briefs and order guides.

· Knowledge of action scripting, and layer comp creation to build accurate trim levels and trim colors for product and client reviews.

· Understanding of automotive terminology.

· Excellent traditional art skills.

· A track record of successful projects.

· Verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to collaborate with clients and strong desire to excel.

· Proven pro-active team player.

· Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and attention to detail.

· Excellent presentation skills and polished/professional demeanor.

· Ability to react and respond quickly to the needs of management and clients.
