Previs Animators at Blur collaborate with the Director to shape the project through solid camera work, editing and animation. Great visual storytelling skills & a well rounded understanding of the language of the camera - framing, perspective, lenses, coverage, continuity, camera movement, blocking - are a must.
We use 3ds Max and XSI for our Previz along with Vegas for editing. Must have a strong eye for cinematography along with the ability to be a generalist. Some modeling, rigging, key frame animation, mo cap animation is required.
This is not a junior animator position, at least 3 years experience a must.
