Senior 3Ds Max Artist or Senior Maya Artist

Description

Digital Magic VFX is looking for a talented Senior 3Ds Max / Maya Artist to join the team and create cutting-edge special effects for feature films and commercials.

The artist will have a thorough knowledge of the VFX techniques and be able to handle on-set supervision. The artist will also be skilled at modeling and texturing high-poly characters, backgrounds, sets and environmental elements. Using Autodesk 3D Studio Max, Maya and be able to setup realistic lightings and shaders as well as complex particle systems. The artist can also achieve complex and believable compositing in mixed 3D/Footage and full 3D scenes. Experience and talent in rigging and animating arepreferred. Ability to solve problems and initiative are required skills.

The artist will be able to work with a team through tasks and projects from Storyboard to Final Grading with a good quality within tight schedules. Being a foreign position, an open mind over foreign languages and cultures is highly recommended.

This is a full time position in Bangkok, Thailand.

Requirements

Requirements:

-1 or more years experience in related CG production

-Good knowledge of 3D Studio Max or Maya

-Experienced eye for light, shade, color and details

-Passion for film, animation and video games are encouraged as well as artistic background

-Ability to adapt to Asian culture

Desired Skills / Extras

- 3D modeling/texturing skills as demonstrated on your demo reel

-Strong Particles setup skills as demonstrated on your demo reel

-Compositing skills in software such as After Effects

-Experienced in rigging and animating characters are highly preferred
