Creative / Art Recruiter

Description

Hi, Blizzard Entertainment recruiting here. If you’re reading this, chances are good you’re a recruiter, so let’s talk a little shop. Successfully recruiting within this passionate and creative environment takes a unique blend of listening and responsiveness, an appreciation for the artistic temperament and for gaming culture in general.

Take a look at the sheer array of our openings and you can see we need someone able to present an understanding not only of a variety of artistic disciplines and concepts but production cycles and workflows across games, animation, motion graphics, comics and more.

You will partner closely with your leads and managers and work quickly to develop a comprehensive understanding of team talent goals for cinematics, creative development and in-game artistic teams. You’ll drive the end-to-end creative staffing process by designing and implementing proactive strategies.  You’ll source and evaluate candidates, facilitate the interview and candidate selection process and ensure a superior candidate experience throughout.

Of course, you will also be a close-working partner with the recruitment team, helping to actively reinforce talent-scouting efforts, knowledge sharing, and levelling up our service to our groups.
