Visual Development Artist

Description

Visual Development Artists will provide a rich imagination, the ability to experiment with different mediums, and the versatility to conceptualize visually in a variety of techniques is the key.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with Production Designers and Art Directors to provide design elements for environments and backgrounds, lighting, color and texture reference, graphic design, prop design and other creative elements for feature animation;
• Candidates must demonstrate a proven ability to conceptualize visually in a variety of techniques and projects.

Qualifications

• Traditional Fine Art Education, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Digital Paintings and portfolio which demonstrate a wide range of experience and technique with strong sense of composition, design, color theory, and storytelling;
• Effective communication skills (ability to speak English is a plus);
• Ability to be flexible and to adapt to change when requested;
• Proven ability to work as part of a team.
