Head of CGI

Description

Head of CGI will have responsibility for projects completed by the 3D team and for providing the strategic direction for the department in advancing the organization to its potential. He or she will be responsible for on time, in budget and high quality delivery of CGI (computer generated imaginary) based videos, render images, pre-rendered app updates, 3D assets, MOCAP department. He or she will be responsible to coordinate all external partners working on projects he or she manages. He or she will have to plan human resources so projects are created in budget, in time and in best possible quality.

Work will be 70\30 management\production.

LOCATION

The Head of CGI will be located in Ljubljana.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspiring creativity throughout all CGI work. 
• Ensuring that all CGI work is completed to the highest standard and in time and budget. 
• Ensuring that working processes (planning, testing, & documentation etc) are efficient & adhered to by the CGI team. 
• Making recommendations for process improvements demonstrating regular audits and necessary amendments. 
• Ensuring that the CGI Department is aware of trends & improvements in both techniques & technology that are relevant to the business & assessing which will contribute to the business & its clients 
• Line management of the CGI team. 
• Quality control and improvement of departmental output. 
• Maintain communication and relationships between CGI and other departments within The Company. 
• Developing expertise in specific areas related. 

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Organized, creative and energetic leader with a proven track record of completed projects.
• 4/5 years minimum in leading CGI teams, ideally having design background with management skills.
• Skills tailored to multicultural international environment.
• Great knowledge of English
• Strong interpersonal, organization and communication skills (ideally multilingual).

COMPENSATION

An attractive compensation package will be constructed consisting of base salary and participation through stock option plan.
