Responsibilities

·         Directly responsible for development of a project from Pre-Development to Product release including product testing. 

·         Serving as a liaison between clients, designers, artists and programmers by facilitating communication and creative exchanges

  • Build and maintain strong communication with Client
  • Work well in a team oriented environment
  • Must effectively lead teams fostering team unity and morale
  • Needs to effectively manage multiple tasks
  • Coordinates the efforts of art, engineering, design and quality assurance

·         Work with management to establish project schedule and define milestones

·         Responsible for generating and maintaining the game design documents

  • Accurately track team progress and manage against project budget
  • Responsible for motivating, organizing, developing and supporting team members to meet team objectives
  • Demand excellence and professionalism from the team ensuring the overall quality of work
  • Responsible for documenting progress and submitting completed milestones to the client
  • Work with Human Resources on documenting and assist in resolving any team personnel issues.
  • Contribute to team member annual review as requested.

·         Escalates the decision on design trade-offs, technical issues, and asset integration to Chief Creative Officer

·         Support marketing and sales efforts with demos and specialized builds of the product

  • Have a thorough understanding of internal and 3rd party development procedures
  • Remain aware of current PC, Mobile and Video game market trends in terms of technical attributes, competitive product and customer requirements
  • Reports to Chief Creative officer and VP of Finance and Operations

 


Requirements

  • 4 years of Experience working in Game Development or Software Development
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Project Management, Scrum or Six Sigma process training a plus
  • Travel may be required depending on the project.
