Key Consumer Manager

Overview:

The New York City studio is adding a skilled Key Consumers Manager to provide top service to VIP players. Reporting to the Producer, you will be responsible for interacting with and managing PAUs (paying active users) to ensure their gaming experience is top notch. We don’t want to have just good customer service – we want to have legendary customer service!

Responsibilities:

Help create the next generation of top-quality iOS games by play testing video games designed to entertain millions worldwide!

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Representing the company through direct communications with VIP players
  • Summarizing player feedback to communicate it clearly and concisely to development teams
  • Monitoring the implementation of corrections for PAUs
  • Proposing solutions meant to improve player experience overall
  • Offering design proposals to increase average purchases and game time
  • Recruiting specialized talent to join game teams
  • Committing fully to the needs of the player customers and serving them with integrity. Players are our purpose. And every player we keep is one less we need to find.
  • Being highly proactive and provide continuous feedback to development team.

 

This is a full-time permanent (non-contract) position with 100% paid health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, vacation time, sick days, 10 annual holidays, free gym membership, and other benefits.

Qualifications:

You Are:

  • An experienced game industry Community Manager (2+ years) with a track record in social or mobile games of improving your communities’ experience
  • A top graduate with a Bachelor’s or higher in PR, Marketing, Game Design, or similar fields.
  • Experienced making game design decisions in a development team.
  • An excellent communicator, an engaging speaker, and a skilled active listener. 
  • A creative problem solver: You think differently than others and are able to look beyond a situation’s parameters to suggest new approaches.
  • A gamer across multiple genres, especially on mobile - we name it, you’ve played it!
  • Fluent in English, so we can all be on the same page.
