Job Description: Seeking a Display System Architect to join our Architecture team in creating display products with world-class performance levels. The Display System Architect will lead and assess performance and fabrication tradeoffs and recommend optimal design specification of the display controller and the related system requirements. The Display System Architect will have the unique opportunity to make strong contributions to engineering designs that become highly-visible high-volume products. The candidate must be able to clearly articulate design tradeoffs for display performance requirements, process technologies and cost. Description
- Promote innovation and new technology to further enhance the performance and user experience of our solutions.
- Evaluate and select new video-interfaces and key electrical components.
- Analyze the trade-off between performance, manufacturability and cost.
- Generate system-level requirements and documentation derived from supporting subsystems.
- Coordinate multiple internal teams and vendor meetings.
-Work with hardware engineering team and software teams to define, document and implement video and display processing IP
-Work with hardware design and verification teams to define video processing hardware acceleration units
-Generate architecture test vectors for hardware validation
-Develop bit-accurate C-models for hardware validation

Looking for an energetic, creative, and self-driven Architect working on future Display hardware technologies.
Theoretically and experimentally characterize TFT electrical solutions, including pixel-signals timing diagrams, charge-sharing, VCOM compensation, EMI and Front-Of-Screen performances.

Good communication and leadership skills to work with multiple Customer and Vendor teams.

Ensures platform and its components have the best performance and power balance specifically focusing on graphics hardware components. Research and development of next generation platform designs to continually improve the performance. Conducts system analysis on proprietary and competition platforms, develops advanced hardware tuning and overclocking.
