Business Performance Manager

Gameloft, the largest mobile-gaming development studio in Montreal, is seeking a Business Performance Manager to join its Marketing team.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

The Business Performance Manager will be responsible for defining the monetization strategy of the games they are assigned to maximize their revenues through all distributions channels at a worldwide level. Tasks will include:

·         Working closely with the production team to define monetization strategy

·         Defining dashboards and statistics to evaluate the game’s performance on all networks/ platforms

·         Continuously analyzing current strategies and proposing of new ways to optimize/maximize game revenue

·         Providing reports and providing weekly progress updates to all stakeholders involved

·         Implementing and monitoring the production team in different phases of the production of the game to help define the monetization features of the games

·         Optimizing consumer acquisition through advertising campaigns and sponsorships

·         Analyzing competitors and benchmarking

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics or a related field;

·         Master’s degree in a related field is an asset

·         1-4 years of experience in videogames, Business intelligence or e-commerce field;

·         Good knowledge of Excel;

·         Good understanding of statistics;

·         Basic knowledge of programming languages is an asset (SQL, Python, etc..);

·         Fluent in English.

·         Thorough, curious, efficient and autonomous;

·         Able to make suggestions and negotiate;

·         Able to make decisions in a complex environment;

·         Attentive to consumer needs;

·         Strong analytical and data modeling (Excel) skills;

·         Highly creative with excellent written and verbal communication skills;

·         Able to plan, organize and complete multiple projects simultaneously under pressure and; within tight deadlines

·         Ability to manage a team;

·         Passionate about joining a dynamic and international structure to discover the fast-growing online game universe;

·         Knowledge of gaming and social networks an asset.
