Adcetera is on the lookout for a passionate and creative leader
with at least 3 years experience as Creative Director.
We seek a progressive thinker, a confident idea generator and team
player that is as comfortable working on creative solutions as he/she is
guiding others down that same path. A hunger for problem solving and a clear
head for messaging, marketing and design acumen is ideal.
Your creative agency experience should include multi-year client
relationships and a solid understanding of how to evolve a brands story over
time.
The ideal candidate will be well versed in client presentations
coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
A mastery of the english language is essential, as is your ability
to cut through clutter while adapting comfortably to the voice of multiple
brand standards. You should be equally up to the task of creating your own
brand voices and assisting idea generation for creative executions ranging from
print to web, tradeshow to radio, apps to digital signage.
You will work alongside a large team of incredibly talented
creatives in a nurturing environment.
Duties will include: strategic and creative writing, creative
direction and collaboration with copywriters, designers, illustrators, animators
and coders.
Creative projects may include: advertising campaigns,
branding and brand development, creative presentations (creation and
presentation), outdoor, online, publications, animations and videos, retail
displays.
Qualifications:
Three
years creative management/direction experience
Bachelor’s
degree (English, marketing, advertising, design or related field preferred)
Proven
copywriting skills
Familiarity
with health care, energy, and technology industries a plus
Proficiency
in MS Office suite
