User Acquisition Specialist (remote)

Description

Hibernum is seeking a talented User Acquisition Specialist who will be working remotely with frequent travel to Montreal.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, implement, launch and track multiple targeted acquisition campaigns to drive new users to our products on ad networks, social media platforms and various other channels;

  • Analyze data to optimize campaigns to meet volume and return on investment targets;

  • Work with data science and business performance managers to develop insights;

  • Develop tracking capabilities and ongoing campaign optimization;

  • Build and expand relationships with external partners, publishers and traffic sources to buy and negotiate ad traffic and rates;

  • Work with marketing team to define marketing campaign and cross-promotion strategies;

  • Advise on implementation of mobile analytic solutions and tracking;

  • Perform market research and analysis;

  • Business development and building partnerships;

  • Partner with Marketing and other internal resources in order to develop ideas and define and deliver campaigns;

  • Optimize targeting, creatives, marketing messages, marketing spend, bids and budget allocation;

  • Research industry trends, identify new ad formats, lead ad product testing and integrations;

  • Develop A/B testing programs to maximize acquisition efforts and return;

  • Work with product teams to identify features that improve effective customer acquisition;

  • Generate performance reports for management.


PROFILE:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field;

  • 2+ years of experience in online and/or mobile marketing;

  • Experience with successful online customer acquisition;

  • Ability to juggle projects across multiple networks and platforms;

  • Passion for games and understanding of Free to Play model;

  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results;

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;

  • Excellent multi-tasking abilities;

  • Comfortable working from home with frequent travel to Montreal.
