Marketing and Community Manager
Description
Hibernum is searching for a talented Marketing and Community Manager who will work remotely with frequent travel to Montreal.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive the planning, creation and execution of marketing campaigns in collaboration with team members;
Market products to our users through advertising, promotions, and events;
Maintain our games’ branding on ongoing basis;
Coordinate with external partners to execute marketing and promotional programs through their platforms and vehicles;
Manage the development and execution of select social media programs;
Contribute to high quality, creative and editorial content for website/social pages;
Improve the go-live process digital content through benchmarking and organizational design;
Track, prepare and publish regular analyses on the key performance indicators;
Prepare and manage project tracking documents, to ensure documents are accurate, up to date and communicated effectively;
Communicate and report back to management on strategy/planning and creative leads;
Stay up to date with the game industry and what is going on in a community management field;
Develops and edits written materials including plans, press releases, media alerts, fact sheets, and FAQs;
Acts as spokesperson as assigned.
PROFILE:
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
Ability to work collaboratively with first party and brand partners, product marketing, development and other internal teams;
Experienced with online forums and social media;
Good presentation skills;
A keen gamer with a good understanding of the gaming industry;
Very high attention to detail;
Degree in a related field;
- Comfortable working from home with frequent travel to Montreal.
