As Senior
Product Manager - Browser games, you will be responsible for the performance
and strategy of one or more of our online games. This position is for
applicants with extensive professional experience in the online gaming
industry.
Your
Job:
- Create exciting and successful games by
increasing pay conversions, user lifetime and ARPPU/ARPU
- Define our product strategy and feature
pipeline together with top management, based on systematic product analysis and
an examination of the measures for monetization feasibility
- Coordinate and form our strategy for
implementation together with production and game design, and monitor, assess,
and continuously optimize results
- Identify innovative pay-play mechanisms
(market intelligence, research abroad) and coordinate game design concepts
Your
Profile:
- Very good analytical skills and a
background in gaming
- Several years of professional experience
in the online gaming industry (browser, mobile, or social), as well as a completed degree
(B.A, B.Sc., M.A., M.Sc.)
- Experience in optimizing relevant KPIs
and conversions
- The ability to identify economic
relationships and to think entrepreneurially
- Excellent communication and teamwork
skills - but also assertiveness
- Confident and willing to make
decisions and take on responsibility for the product
- Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
