Gameloft, the largest mobile-gaming development studio in Montreal, is seeking a Voice-Over Manager to join its Audio team.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Audio Director and working closely with the Montreal studio, the Voice-Over Manager will manage everything related to voice and dialogue recordings for games on devices and consoles such as the iPad, iPhone and PS Vita.

• Coordinating the script layout before recording
• Preparing documents related to casting, with help from local teams and in-house (or freelance) writers
• Hiring casting agencies and/or voice-over companies
• Approving auditions during casting
• Ensuring that the product is delivered on time
• Assisting, managing or collaborating in directing actors during recordings
• Ensuring the quality of the recordings before editing them
• Processing certain files as needed
• Performing administrative tasks related to the recording process
• Searching for new voice-over companies around the world in order to expand and diversify the talent pool used in our games

Requirements

• Experience in video games is required
• Experience with audio software (Pro Tools, Sound Forge, Reaper, etc.)

Skills and Profile

• Able to manage several projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in French
• Available to travel outside of Montreal on a relatively regular basis
