Junior Product Manager - Strategy Games (m/f)

As a Junior Product Manager - Strategy Games (m/f), you will be responsible for the performance and vision of one of our strategy games, such as Empire: Four Kingdoms. In your role, you will work closely with one of our experienced product managers. This position is aimed at recent graduates or people starting new careers in product management.

Your job:

  • Learn how to apply your previous experience to creating successful games by increasing pay conversions, user lifetime, and ARPPU/ARPU
  • Define product strategy and feature pipeline in collaboration with the head of studio. Your decisions will be underpinned by systematic product analyses and reviews of possible measures based on their suitability for monetization.
  • Coordinate the implementation of ideas with project managers and game designers
  • Identify innovative pay-play mechanisms (market intelligence, international research) and coordinate game design efforts to adapt these mechanisms to our games

  • Your profile:

  • Practical experience in product management or in the online gaming industry (browser, mobile, or social), as well as in KPI and conversion optimization
  • Very good degree in computer science, game design, or business studies
  • Passionate about games - Able to identify and analyze economic relationships and apply an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, high level of confidence, and you enjoy making decisions
  • Very good written and spoken English, German is an advantage
