As Product Lead - Live Games (m/f), you will be responsible for our constantly growing portfolio of successful and revenue-generating live games. You will take responsibility for their development, product performance, and financial success. You will manage the execution of our international product strategy and ensure the proper management of the products within the product life cycle. We look forward to receiving your application.

Your job:

Take overall responsibility for the development of several live games and lead the production team in an agile working environment

Manage five direct reports on the team lead and project management levels (product management, art, development, project management)

Mentor, coach, and develop your team members to deliver successful products

Plan and define product strategy in close collaboration with the head of studio and execute it effectively with the team

Ensure the performance of exciting and successful games by generating pay conversions and increasing user lifetime and ARPPU/ARPU

Systematically analyze our products and assess measures according to their feasibility and monetization potential

Take responsibility for revenues and ROI and create transparency regarding the product's status and relevant dependencies

Your profile:

Several years of experience in leading teams

Several years of relevant experience in an agile environment, preferably in the gaming industry

Confident and willing to make decisions and assume responsibility regarding the team and the product

Excellent communication skills, motivation, and an inspiring personality

Outstanding analytical skills and organizational talent, good initiative, and a results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset

A completed degree

Excellent written and spoken English
