Sr Games Producer/Production Manager

Purpose of Role

The Sr Producer/Production Manager key purpose is to manage and coordinate our content pipeline.  Work with internal content & technology teams, public relations, marketing, biz ops, as well as external content producers and other stakeholders to define content delivery strategies & programs. Align those same teams in communicating needs, building execution pipelines, and shipping a coordinated experience across all mediums. 

Key Responsibilities

·         Lead a production team of artists and creatives

·         Drive the completion of project goals and facilitate communications, organization, and accountability across all departments.

·         Own the development and communications of both near and long-term scheduling.

·         Identify and communicate all roadblocks and bottlenecks that may prevent the team from achieving their goals.

·         Work with development leads to determine time and people necessary to see projects through to completion.

·         Motivate and support to your team to ensure that project goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.

·         Provide progress updates to senior leadership.

·         Help make informed decisions in conjunction with team leads on work methods, development pipeline, priorities, and available people.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a senior producer or higher
  • Must have shipped at least one AAA game title in a senior or lead producer role
  • Experience orchestrating work across engineering/R&D, art, and design disciplines
  • Able to work with team leads and directors to align priorities
  • Experience tracking a complex project and providing insight and influence into how to deliver more effectively
  • Strong project and people management skills
  • Calm and deliberate within a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Unrelenting self-motivation and initiative – the ability to make sense of the ambiguous
