The security team at 2K is a forward-thinking group of experts who handle the challenge of protecting multiple products (games) on multiple platforms (e.g. Windows, Mac, Android, iOS) from several studios and taking care of our gamers across the world.

What We Need: 
2K Security is looking for a high value individual contributor 
to build a penetration testing program that helps us find high risk vulnerabilities within games, our own IT and Online environment as well as external vendors and solution providers.

You will need to be an expert and the go to person for several of the following topics:

  • Network Security
  • Database Security
  • Application Security

Job Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Support security reviews and assessments for our games and supporting backend services
  • Build a red and blue team based assessment approach for 2K IT, Online environment
  • Build the security toolsets, automated testing methods for continuous testing of 2K IT and Online Environment
  • Support our security operations program in enhancing our monitoring and detection capabilities
  • Make recommendations to game developers, 2K IT and Online staff on improving security posture of systems

Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:
Minimum Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in penetration testing
  • Experience with mobile and cloud environments
  • Experience with working in a centralized/decentralized business environment
  • Excellent oral/written communication, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve desired objectives and project results 
  • Ability to interface effectively and decisively with all levels of management, departments and outside vendors
