What We Need:
You’ve earned the right to call yourself a Senior Producer. You’ve worked
adeptly with each aspect of game development from design, engineering, and art
to QA, marketing and operations. You’ve built a solid track record of leading
and successfully shipping multiple, critically acclaimed games - particularly
on console. You also understand the mobile business including development, live
operations, and the various business models. You’re truly passionate about
games and genuinely understand how they are built. You’re a stickler for
details and can boil down complicated concepts into simple terms that everyone
can understand. You’re driven, motivated, and personable, (yet without
arrogance) and inspire others to achieve greatness. You intuitively grasp the
difference between good quality and bad. As a Senior Producer, you’re ready to
take it up a notch and join a studio filled with some of the very finest minds,
most creative sparks, and densest group of like-minded people anywhere on the
planet, and where you’ll have the opportunity to change the world.
Minimum
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in the industry
- Shipped at least 3, preferably 5+, games on console in a senior production capacity
- Knowledge of building, launching and operating mobile games, including free-to-play, premium and micro-transaction business models
- Experience building and managing teams
- Experience managing internal and external development
resources
- Experience with all phases of the game development process, from concept and budgeting to prototyping, development, Q&A, marketing, release, customer service and operations
- Keenly able to inspire others to achieve greatness
- Solid senior-level organizational, time management, and
communication skills
- Solid understanding of game design and the consumer
- Bachelor’s degree
