Are you a creative marketing star looking for a fun, challenging, and rewarding experience? 2K is looking for a Product Manager to take on some of the biggest brands in gaming. Join our award winning brand marketing team to create, develop, and manage marketing for some of the biggest gaming franchises on the planet including Borderlands and Battleborn. We are looking for a creative product manager with gaming and/or entertainment experience to develop and implement strategic product marketing plans that will delight our current and future customers. The Product Manager will develop and manage the product marketing plan for upcoming launches of high-profile next generation console and PC products. S/He will create innovative marketing programs with cross-functional teams, development teams, and external agencies based on key consumer insights.

Who We Are:
2K publishes some of the most popular video game franchises on the planet including Borderlands, BioShock, Mafia, NBA 2K, WWE 2K, Evolve, XCOM, and Sid Meier’s Civilization. The Brand Marketing Team is comprised of experienced, award-winning marketing and brand professionals working together and across the company to create innovative campaigns for 2K’s latest games.

What We Need:
2K is looking for a creative marketer to create, design, and lead the execution of innovative marketing plans for some of our biggest brands. The Product Manager will drive the creative development across all marketing communications including key art, packaging, advertising creative and media, trailers, social media, events, web, and retail working with our internal teams, external agencies, and development partners. You’ll work collaboratively with key stakeholders to optimize plans and programs, bringing the most innovative ideas to market.

Job Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Develop and execute product marketing plans from the start of development through to product launch and into retention
  • Manage creative development including key art, packaging, advertising creative (digital and TV), trailers, social media, sales support materials, events/activations, web and point-of-sales materials
  • Partner with creative agencies and in-house creative departments in development and flawless execution of marketing plans and programs
  • Create innovative media programs by working with media buying agency in development and execution of advertising plans involving TV, print, online, OOH, and more with a focus on inventive digital marketing programs
  • Consult with product development teams to ensure products meet relevant positioning, are feature competitive and relevant assets are produced
  • Gain consumer insights through research to test positioning, messaging, and creative
  • Maximize retail marketing effectiveness in conjunction with Channel Marketing Team while providing support to Take-Two sales force
  • Partner with in-house and external public relations & community teams in developing comms strategy/execution
  • Establish relevant measurement criteria/KPIs and oversee the tracking and analysis of marketing program returns
  • Manage title marketing budgets; authorize, manage and track expenditures

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • Minimum of five years of marketing management or product management, preferably in gaming or entertainment
  • Have created and executed creative marketing programs, preferably digital marketing focused
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and able to work collaboratively across a number of internal and external teams
  • Solid understanding of video games and the video game landscape; Preferably with a knowledge of 2K’s franchises
  • Moderate travel required (industry events, developer visits, sales support/satellite office meetings)
