PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

We create all of the players, coaches, mascots, clothes and shoes for NBA2K.  In addition to the regular game assets we also create the story mode assets and generate specialty items for the online store.

What We Need:

We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented Production Coordinator who will be an integral part of the NBA2K character team.  The Production Coordinator will work closely with the character team to help keep it running smoothly and efficiently by directly working with the team on scheduling and asset tracking, as well as facilitating task management, and acting as a liaison between other departments.

Job Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Coordinate the flow of information between artists and departments
  • Keep databases up-to-date with asset information
  • Support the production team to ensure department stays on schedule
  • Effectively communicate priorities, issues and pertinent information to crew
  • Liaising with other departments
  • Take meeting notes

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience with Shotgun database (strong plus)
  • 2+ years or experience in films or games
  • Ability to establish priorities and multi task efficiently
  • Very strong organizational skills
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
